Participation in any LuckyDog Sports Leagues or Contests is open to Legal residents 18 years and older in the United States, in the District of Columbia and in US territories,  (excluding the states of Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada or Washington, legal residents in Canada, (excluding the province of Québec), and US citizens living outside the United States. Those residents of excluded states are ineligible for prizes offered by the LuckyDog Sports and may only participate in contests that offer no prizes.
