| 1. Each Square is $12.50 or three Squares
for $35.00. (Only three entries are allowed per Household, ISP address, E-Mail address,
etc.) 2. Choose your Square(s) - i.e., 7, 11, 21 etc. or have them randomly chosen for you. 3. E-Mail your Square choices along with your Full Name, E-Mail Address, City/State and Contact Phone Number to ComMitch. 4. Make your Payment via PayPal (LeagueSafe cannot be used for Squares) - You will receive an Invoice for the amount due with PayPal's Fees. 4. When all the Squares are filled and paid, numbers will be randomly generated for the Rows (AFC Team) and Columns (NFC Team). 5. The Player who has the last number of each NFL Team's Score at the end of each Quarter will win the following: * 1st, 2nd & 3rd Quarters - $250 each. * 4th Quarter (Final Score) - Between $417.50 - $500 (Depends on number of multiple squares discounts). |
